In your memo to the Director, you must answer the following questions:

Which of the agency services identified in the case, the Master License Service (MLS) application and the Vehicle Tab Renewal (VTR), would benefit the most from a technology application? You must identify a clear priority. Justify your choice and the tradeoffs associated with this choice.

Based on your answer to question one, how does the addition of this technology application impact the following human resources functions: classification and compensation; recruitment and selection; and performance evaluation? Please consider whether the staff needed to facilitate this technology application is currently employed by the agency.
