In this first task you will capture the as-is process as a model using BPMN (one for each, i.e. traditional and digital). Be sure to follow the modelling guidelines introduced in the course.
This diagram is a communication tool to be used by CusCo managers and contract handlers, and the business and IT analysts who will re-design this process. This means the diagram must be easy to understand and meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders while capturing pools, lanes, artefacts and gateways.
