Business ethics is defined as the principles and standards that determine acceptable conduct in business organizations.  Therefore, most companies have a “Code of Ethics.” The Code of Ethics are formalized rules and standards that describe what the company or organization expects from its employees.

Find a company that you believe has or must have a good Code of Ethics and share with the class.  Explain your reason for choosing this company.  How does this company exemplify their commitment to their Code of Ethics?
