Week 8: Compensation Strategies Assignment
Instructions
Write an analytical paper, summarizing your key findings from this course, focusing on the question of how business organizations should design and adapt their compensation systems to stay competitive and legally compliant on the contemporary labor market (both national and global). Which strategies do companies need to employ to recruit, manage, and retain talent, from the standpoint of compensation system and benefits?
Use at least ten concepts covered in the course to support your conclusions.
Your submission should be 4-6 pages long, excluding the title page and reference list.
Use at least 10 additional sources other than reading materials, including 5 empirical studies from peer-reviewed journals to support your argumentation.
Note: The APU Libraries has a tutorial on peer-reviewed journals if you have any questions. Also, the database search engines allow you to specify that you are searching for peer-reviewed journals.
