Create a transpersonal plan which integrates theory and action for spiritual development. Choose one of the theories listed in the Reading this week, and then provide 10 steps that could be followed in a spiritual development plan (like a recipe). Explain the importance that each step has toward spiritual health. You can create your step-by-step plan for a specific population or for the general public. Be sure to include at least one outside source along with a references section per APA guidelines at the end of your paper to support your sentiments.

Your paper should be, professional well organized, and logical to support your viewpoints and purpose clearly. The paper should be at least two pages in length and should include one academically credible source using the most current version of APA formatting. Be sure to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Requirements

Develop a spiritual improvement plan using theoretical framework.
Explain how each step in the plans process can improve spiritual development.
The plan can be developed for a specific population or for the general public.
In addition to fulfilling the specifics of the assignment, a successful paper must also meet the following criteria:

be at least 2 pages in length
follow the conventions of Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.);
be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful;
display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics
include at least 1 academically credible source
Your paper should be completed using the most current version of APA formatting.
