Social and Role Training Exercise
Within the organizations culture, there should be sufficient training for lead paid staff to oversee and manage the activities of volunteers. This training should include duties and responsibilities, liabilities, security issues, information privacy and access, roles, and the how-to interaction in social settings or events to best reflect the organizations mission.
Create a chart of training inventories that volunteer coordinators and managers should consider when overseeing volunteers. Each aspect of the chart must have at least one paragraph explanation.
