2. As you are taking notes, think about how the teacher’s practice falls in line with the NC Professional Teaching Standards 2,3, & 4. See attached descriptions of standards.

Standard 2 – Teachers Establish a Respectful Environment for a Diverse Population of Students.
Standard 3 – Teachers Know the Content They Teach
Standard 4 – Teachers Facilitate Learning for Their Students

3. When finished watching and taking notes write a narrative on the following: how well does the teacher in the video demonstrate Standards 2, 3, 4?  What suggestions would I have for this teacher?  What strategy might I use in my own classroom?  What are the biggest takeaways?
