Process Gain in a group

Consider a time when you experienced a process gain in a group. Do you think the gain was real or was the group influenced by the illusion of group effectivity?
You need to recall a scenario where you must work in teams and the gains attained after that particular exercise.  In other words, describe the situation, the people involved, and what you gained as a result. 

You need to type up your assignment in a Microsoft Word document to submit.  Do not submit as a pdf.

The submission needs to have your name at the top of the page and be typed up in times new roman, size 12 font, and double-spaced.  The margins should be 1 inch all around.  Spelling, grammar, and punctuation count. This assignment needs to be five pages.
