Use APA format. I recommend the Purdue University Online Writing Lab materials for guidance. For general rules, see https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_style_introduction.html or look to the sample student paper at https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/documents/APA%207%20Student%20Sample%20Paper.pdf
Attach the speech text as Appendix.
Reference a minimum of 5 cited sources. These may be drawn from communication journals or books, scholarly historical literature, journalistic accounts, or other materials, but do consider the credibility and depth of sources referenced. Do not reference Wikipedia (although that is often a good starting place for your own general reading).
Paper should be 1500 words of text.
