1.    We professionals in health care, and extending the ministry of Christ, have a problem-nursing care is perceived as below par in the fundamental/basic aspects of comfort and care. What is your care delivery practice like? Has it changed since your left your first degree nursing program? Have you weakened in the psycho-social aspects, the relationship-building intentions?
2.    You entered nursing for honorable reasons and you love the idea of serving the needs of the vulnerable. Does your documentation system in your workplace exhibit a record of the nursing art and science techniques and strategies you apply to your patient, or you complying with a checklist?
