Mentoring Minority Males in the Military

Please avoid the use of passive voice as much as possible.  Paper needs to focus on minority males from urban community and the impact that military mentorship (Air Force).

Conduct a critical review of the literature on ten peer-reviewed scholarly articles pertaining to your selected path of future study (as it pertains to one of the five areas of specialization within the criminal justice system). The critical review of the literature project includes the following four steps:
1. Article summaries (10 peer-reviewed scholarly articles)
2. Critical analysis (of each of the 10 articles)
3. Practical applications (for each of the 10 articles)
4. Final synopsis of all the articles combined, and the identification of future course of study.
