Journal Articles
4 Different Journal Articles
You cannot use articles from popular press magazines such as Psychology Today and Time or Newsweek. Psychology journals contain articles that are reviewed by other psychologists before they are accepted for publication. Examples include The American Psychologist, The Journal of Child Development, and The Journal of Marriage and Family. Dont worry if you have to read the article twice or more before the wording makes sense, and I recognize that certain sections describing the analysis may be mathematically over your heads. That is ok. Summarize each section of the article in your own words. IMPORTANT: Use the same headings in your summary as the headings in the article. At the end of the summary, describe why you think this is or is not a valuable article for psychology. Send a link or hand in a copy of the original article with your summary.
