Environmental justice analysis review

Please  study the environmental justice, community impacts, or equity component of an environmental impact statement/review. Write a memo (1,500-2,500 words) addressed to a (fictional) community group near the project explaining how the analysis was done, what the findings are, and what the potential impacts are.
