Emotional Letter

I’m obtaining my barber license and I need to write an “emotional” letter to the state regarding the need to be granted in order for me to get my state license.

Some things to put on the letter are: I haven’t being able to obtain a job in the barber industry because of COVID 19 and because I don’t have a license.
*I have kids to maintain and struggling to support them*
*I don’t have money to pay for the barber school*
*I have years of experience*
*My English is not at its best so its difficult for me to do the written test*
To consider this letter in order to make “emotional to grant me a license*
