Diversity Considerations in Curriculum Development

Review the diversity characteristics that can be found in nursing education today. Examples could be ethnicity, learning styles, gender, age group, or others. Select one of these facets of diversity and, in your initial post, discuss the impact the diversity characteristic could have on the nursing curriculum. Additionally, address how diversity could be addressed, in order to create a learning environment that would provide for necessary learning while addressing the needs of the individual learners.
