Compare the economic policies of the populist regimes of Peron and Vargas

The aim of the paper is to compare the economic policies of the the populist regimes Juan Peron and  Getulio Vargas. Seeing that I have to to use the Chicago style referencing footnotes and endnotes are a must. Ive been having a difficult time with this paper so all the help is needed.
