Client contact notes

Describe a contact you had with a student/parent within a school setting as a parent coordinator, providing a detailed description of the interaction (using fictitious names) for reference.  After you will write two summaries of the contact using the following SOAP and DAP format.  Then describe strengths and weaknesses of both and which do you prefer and why.
