Students will be required to identify and compare the differences between CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code) using the Web and other resources and to discuss provisions which should be included in international contracts. For the purpose of assurance of learning, three (3) scores will be administered, based on the students ability to: (1) identify, compare and evaluate differences between the two Statutes (G2O2); (2) recognize and recommend provisions which should be included in international contracts (G3O2), and (3) conduct research, using technology and communicate clearly and concisely (M3O1).
