Becoming a team member requires an open thought process and a willingness to cooperate. Members must be willing to participate collaboratively with a group of people to accomplish a task.

Write a 1-page response entry giving your understanding, insights, and foundations as to why becoming a team member is important in the workforce, church, home setting, or any other area you believe you will work in teams.
