Please add information in the introduction paragraph all the ways healthcare workers are facing stress during the covid pandemic such as mental health stress due to lack of PPE, Staffing shortages, anxiety about working with covid patients and being infected, seeing people dying every day etc. I would like the opening paragraph to include a short summary of the many ways health care workers face daily challenges working with Covid patients. Also a paragraph specifically about mental health challenges specifically tied to lack of proper PPE and staffing shortages.
