Proposal Essay (Writer Choice but read everything I have provided)

Its a Proposal Essay. You have to convince a selected audience to accept your proposal. I want to write my paper on making a music day a federal holiday (something silly). But Im having a hard time coming up with something to propose. I also had an idea of bring back the concealed carry law in MIssouri. But whatever you write please make it creative and interesting.
