A people who has made a difference
students will write using the following topic: Who has made a
difference in the world and why? Students will write about a person who had made a difference
in the world and explain why. This is an assessment where students can write about their
opinions about people.
Who can students write about? Students are free to write about anyone who they think has made
a difference in the world. Students may select business, political, scientific, religious, artistic, or
musical leaders from any country in the world. Students may also select people who are local
leaders who might not be famous but who have made a difference somehow. In other words, this
is an open assignment where students have freedom to select the person who made a difference
and discuss the kind of difference the person made.
