2. Water Infrastructure Protection: The National Strategy for the Physical Protection of Critical Infrastructures and Key Assets has identified 13 critical sectors. The nations water sector is critical from both a public health and an economic standpoint (2003, p. 39). Discuss the challenges the water sector encounters in maintaining the security of the nations water critical infrastructure. Elaborate on one of the water infrastructure protection initiatives that are guided by the challenges that the water sector faces and by legislation.
