After reading the Code of Ethics thoroughly, select the three ethical principles that you identify as most important in contracting for services with a client or client system. In a brief paper, clearly discuss the legal implications of the ethical principle and what potential issues may arise in establishing the contract and provide examples. Indicate how your selected principles would be applicable for your examples.
Then, briefly discuss how you would apply ethical decision-making to the contracting process with a client system. Your submission should reflect a significant understanding of the concepts of ethical principles, legal issues, and the process of ethical decision-making as applied to the early stages of treatment with a client system.
Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
