In America, the never-ending war on drugs has led to the imprisonment of hundreds of thousands of Americans with drug addictions and it is time to look for other solutions.

Each student is required to complete the term project, which is a 15-20 page (not counting the cover, abstract and reference page) research paper in proper APA format. In preparation for the paper, students will submit a thesis statement, an annotated bibliography, and a rough draft. Be sure that you collect a minimum of 12-15 articles for the annotated bibliography and create an outline of the paper with the annotated bibliography to be sure you have enough to move forward.
