1- Mission/Value/Vision Statement-Identify organizational, business, and competitive context which serve as the foundation of a company’s mission, vision, and objectives that form the foundation of the HR planning strategy and tactics.
2- Internal Company EnvironmentExplain how to evaluate the organization’s internal environment. What tools are available to assess the organization from an internal perspective?
3 -Competitive analysis–Describe the competitive landscape. Who are the key competitors? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Approximate their market . How will you take share from them? How will they most likely try to stop you if you are successful?
4-Company’s resource strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats-What are the potential critical issues that the organization is facing both internally and externally? Using a SWOT will provide objective information on the state of the organization.
