1. Explain the Fair Labor Standers act and Section 14C. what does that section mandate? What was the purpose? How did that Act evolve over time for people with disabilities?
2. Pick a person from the documentary and explain how work is impacting that persons life differently due to the persons disability?
3. What did you learn from watching this documentary?
4. Based on the documentary, what should be done to improve the employment status of those with significant disabilities?
