D’jango

Speaking of myth and legend: Shultz and DJango discuss the German myth ofBroomhilda and Siegfreid in the movie.  Tarantino, with this movie, creates a new American myth–the heroic former slave who avenges all of African America. Discuss how this is done using the American/ Spaghetti Western as a vehicle for the story (think about how DJango shakes off bullets, etc.)
