Building on the skills developed in deconstructing a scholarly journal; create your annotated bibliography for the historiographical essay. For the annotated bibliography, you will:

1.  Select a historical topic to research

2.  Select two to three monographs to use for your historiography essay

3.  Select three to five scholarly articles you will use for your historiography essay.

4.  Use the attached template to help you begin formulating your annotated bibliography.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

Refer to the resource, Preparing Annotated Bibliographies, located in the Student Success Center, for additional guidance on completing this assignment in the appropriate style.

You do not have to turn in the template but just the APA formatted annotated bibliography.

Your instructor will return the bibliography with feedback for you to revise for your final historiography assignment.
