I have attached two articles to support the theories

The amyloid cascade hypothesis is a dominating hypothesis of the causes
underlying Alzheimers disease. An alternative hypothesis is that Alzheimers
disease is triggered by infection. Explain the two hypotheses and outline the
data and findings each of the two theories were based on. Discuss and analyse
the evidence supporting and contradicting each theory.
