For this weeks Discussion you will consider the variety of theories on cognitive development and the extent to which they influence your own practice as someone who works with or will work with adult learners.

Review the “Stage Theories, Part 1” video, and reflect on this weeks Required Readings. Note the concepts of “stages” versus “positions” in preparation for responding to the prompts below.
