Any topic (writer’s choice)

Student will choose one of existing loyalty/rewards program. Students will be required to describe overall concept of the program, detailed explanation of the mechanism, and your own evaluation on the success or failure of the program.

Evaluation:

Level of understanding (i.e. objective, target, mechanism, incentives to customer, benefits to company, etc.)
Level of analysis & recommendation (i.e. identifying issues, suggestions on improvement, etc.)
